Refund Policy

At Airflute Technologies, we strive to provide the best possible service. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted for Polls Patamde subscriptions.

Important: We offer a 7-day free trial for all new users. We encourage you to fully test the Service during this period before subscribing to a paid plan.

1. Free Trial

All new users receive a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. During this period, you can test all features available in your selected plan. If you decide Polls Patamde is not right for you, simply don't subscribe – you won't be charged.

2. Subscription Refunds

Refunds for paid subscriptions may be granted under the following conditions:

Full Refund (within 7 days of purchase)

  • You haven't used the service to create any polls
  • You haven't uploaded any PDFs
  • You contact us within 7 days of payment

Partial Refund (after 7 days)

  • Technical issues preventing service use (not resolved within 48 hours)
  • Service downtime exceeding 24 hours in a billing period
  • YouTube API changes making core features unavailable

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be granted for:

  • Change of mind after active use of the service
  • Failure to cancel before renewal date
  • Violation of Terms of Service leading to account suspension
  • Issues caused by user error or misconfiguration
  • Third-party service issues (YouTube, Google, etc.) beyond our control
  • Partial month usage when cancelling mid-cycle

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at business@patamde.com
  2. Include your registered email address
  3. Provide the transaction ID (from your payment receipt)
  4. Explain the reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Bank processing time may add 3-10 additional days
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

6. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Go to Settings → Subscription in the app
  • Tap "Cancel Subscription"
  • Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused days in the current period

7. Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade to a lower plan:

  • The new price takes effect from the next billing cycle
  • No refund for the current billing period
  • Higher-tier features will be unavailable after the current period ends

8. Disputes

If you have a billing dispute, please contact us at business@patamde.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We're committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.

Note: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
